For clarity, our second hand guitars are frequently cosmetically imperfect. Some are better than others, but on the whole please do not expect to receive a cosmetically perfect item. They have dings, scratches, chipped paint, dents and tarnish as you would expect from a used guitar but they play and sound amazing and way better than something from a big internet vendor.

We sell a few other guitars. These are not Squiers and do not come with a FREE Tweed Case. These have just a normal cases but they are professionally set-up and lovely.

Delivery times are approximate and any charge made may not represent the actual cost paid to the courier by us. We reserve the right to change courier without notice. All deliveries are insured to their full value but we reserve the right to charge the full cost of carriage for unwanted or returned goods.

Damage in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours or next working day from delivery. The customer (you) accepts dings, scratches and dents are very likely with our used guitars and we’ll do our best to highlight this in our product descriptions. All guitars carry a 14 day warranty against faults that affect the sound or play-ability from the purchase date. We will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage or use.

These are second hand guitars. We don’t accept returns unless it’s part of the 14 day warranty. In this case, we’ll arrange pick-up by a courier at our expense. If you’ve changed your mind, we will of course make an offer to buy it back from you but it will be less than the purchase price and you’ll need to pay a courier to get it to us in Devon. We hope that’s fair.

We’re not affiliated with Squier or Fender

We just bought the domain and use it for the store. If you’re looking for them, here’s Fender in the U.K. I’m sure they’d be pleased to hear from you too.
